Delivery Policy
All orders are delivered by AquaFrog.me, where we assure a safe arrival of your goods or livestock.
All purchases are subject to product availability. In case items are unavailable, a representative will contact the enlisted phone number or send an email to the address on file to notify.
All our live stocks are thoroughly tested and checked before packing and guaranteed to arrive free of diseases. Any death or illness of live animals after being added to an aquarium cannot be replaced or refunded. If such problems are encountered then it is connected to aquarium conditions.
Our services and delivery are available only within the UAE. We deliver to the seven emirates (Sharjah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Um Al Qaiwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah), and to the main cities (Al Ain, Khor Fakhan, and Kalba), if you are not sure if we can deliver to you or not you can contact us on support@aquafrog.me .
Deliveries can be fulfilled within 24-48 hours given all items are in stock. Delivery may take from 2 to 7 working Days.
FREE Delivery
Free Delivery is available within all areas specified above for orders with value of 150 AED or more. Only addresses within the specified cities above or close to them qualify to receive this offer, locations outside our coverage areas will require an added delivery fee which will be adjusted after notifying the customer.
Orders under 150 AED will receive a standard delivery charge of 30 AED. contact us on support@aquafrog.me for more details.
Store Pick-Up
We did not activate Store Pick-Up yet, once it is activated the policy below will apply.
Once your order is placed, we will send you an email notification or phone call confirming that items are available and ready for pickup at the Shop location. Pick-Up orders require a minimum of one working day to arrange.
You will have three (3) days from the time we send you an email confirming your product are ready for pickup. If the order is not collected during the aforementioned time period we will automatically cancel your order and your money will be refunded.
If you wish to designate another person to pick-up your order, they must bring: A forwarded copy of your proof of purchase (e.g. invoice) with your written consent, including the full name of the designated person matching government-issued ID.
